Hi all,
I would be very grateful if any tranquileyes users would like give some feedback on these. (Don't be shy.)
1) Thermoeyes
Do those of you who bought them actually use them?
I almost never get orders for spare thermopads, which leads me to believe that either the original pads last forever, or I'm not the only one who's too lazy to boil the thermoeyes though the new microwaveable one will certainly make things a bit easier. But it also makes me wonder if people are finding them useful. While I've been expanding the Shop beyond just things I use daily, my guiding principle is to stock only items I have used and consider good products AND which others are finding beneficial. Since I don't really use thermoeyes regularly myself at this point, I want to keep up with what people reeeeally think about them.
2) Lined vs. unlined foam
I have all the Tranquileyes kits specially prepared for us with "sensitive eyes" foam, and that is what I use personally. However, I've had a few comments suggesting some people are less happy than others with the unlined foam, ranging from difficulty removing it to one person with open lids at night who had the unlined foam stick to her eye . So if you've got any thoughts/gripes/etc, now's the time. I have modified the description in the shop so people know they can select which type of foam they'd like for the replacement set(s) in their kit, but I am also wondering whether I ought to rethink this principle of having all of them made with sensitive eyes foam. - The "standard" approach from the manufacturer is to make the Chronic Dry Eye kits with sensitive eyes foam and al the others with standard foam.
