Being able to see a kitchen that beautiful is a good reason to keep your eyes in shape!
I live in Manhattan and my entire apartment is not much bigger than your kitchen. I think it's time for me to move.

      Oh my gosh!!!

I thought I'd died and gone to heaven after I saw the pictures of your kitchen. When I get to "do over" I'm gonna have one I swear. You have excellent taste and I'm soooo envious.

Back to the subject..after many years now of suffering with extreme dry eye and nerve damage, I find that only changing ONE thing at a time is important. If you change two thing, how will you know which one is causing the problem? And after wearing the Tranquileye goggle for almost 4 years and using the clear gel version of GenTeal Gel, I suddenly developed an allergy to one of them. It took me a couple of years to get the routine going where it helped, then pow right out of the blue an allergy. I found that by leaving out the center of the Tranquileye goggle, I was able to tolerate the same routine tho.

What was it? Well, I think using the moist pad kept too much of the gel (peroxide) close to the eye and on my skin. Dry, it doesn't seem to work that way. It still lubricates my eye and the goggle keeps it moist and not crusty by keeping the moving air away from the area.

P.S. Will me that kitchen, will ya?! You can adopt me.

Yikes! That is one allergy that I hope that I don't get. I depend on Genteal Gel and Tranquileyes! I'm sorry to hear that. Was the allergy located on the skin around the eyes?

Cabut, I, too, love your kitchen! Thanks for posting the image!

Thanks for the great feedback on the kitchen!
I tried the Dwelle last night and my eyes are the worst they have been ever!
I must have an allergy to the preservative or something. I got up in the middle of the night and they were all itchy and stuck together. The lashes had gunk dried on them. Then they started to hurt. What a night! I am going back to the Tears Naturale.

Are you sure you don't have pink eye? Your symptoms sound like mine. My dry eye has caused me to get repeated bouts of bacterial pink eye.

I also love your kitchen. My bathroom is done in blue cobalt tile.

I was at the eye docs.
Looks like I have blephartitis! I didn't want an A/B because of the dry eye, so I will try to scrub the lids and use heat and massage.

I hope you get some relief soon. Blepharitis can really rage out of control, so don't discount the use of antibiotics.

I have to admit, I always keep a tube of "Blephamide," the Heavy Hitter, in my fridge for such "special circumstances"----like today!

I realized last night that I have all the signs of Bleph, myself. Misery, bone-dry feeling, swollen eyelids. So last night I used a tiny amount of Blephamide on my lids, and it really helped calm things down. It's an antibiotic cream/ointment with a steroid. The bad part is that it's preserved with phenylmercuric acetate. I've made the mistake before of using Too Much of the stuff IN my eye. Way too strong. Now I just put a tiny bit on the lids.
