flax seed and fish oil together?

I'm wondering if it is okay to take flaxseed and fish oil together or should I just choose one?

I take both. I was taking just fish oil for a long time. About two or three months ago I added flaxseed oil and I have noticed an improvement in meibum production since I started the flaxseed oil.

I have had no problems taking both.

Me too. Take 2 1200mg fish oil tabs in the morning along with 1 1200mg flaxseed oil tab. And I take 2 more 1200 mg. fish oil tablets at night.
