Thera Tears-belching

Hey I have just started taking Thera tears and I have been belching a lot on the 2nd and now 3rd day. Just wondered if anyone knows if this is common when just starting out of omega 3 because I don't eat fish and would by body eventually get used to it. And if not does anyone know how to combat it like taking an anti acid pill or something?

some people have digestive problems with fish or flaxseed oil. It was not very usual but sometimes I had belching. Are you taking it with food? Try to take it in the middle of a meal.

I tried taking it before food but didn't help.
