    LOL!!

I took Dry Vites (mix of salmon and flaxseed oils) for about a year. I was careful to always take it with a meal and lots of water and only occasionally had fishy after-effects... but those few occasions were memorable.

I'm currently trying Barleans Fresh Catch High EPA-DHA (very concentrated, and rather pricey at $25) and I've not had the slightest "bonus" effects from it thus far.

I don't even take my oils very much any more. I really never noticed much difference, though I do believe there are plenty of other health benefits. I do make my kids take their omegas in gummy bear form. I heard it was good for their concentration.

I used to use Barleans flax seed oil and squirt it into their food without telling them. That worked real well for about...ummm...a day I think. Their concentration became so amazingly intense, they could sense the funky flavor of the oil and refused to eat the food.

They love the gummy bears though they smell curiously like paint. It's better than fish I guess.

Yes I have no idea if my fish oil is helping, but anyway I remain hopeful... I've always loved the smell of paint, just don't think I'd want to eat it
