Hello all! I have been wearing the Boston Sclreal lenses for about 2 months now, and they help the overall surface of my eye, and the cornea feeling good, but the only problem is, is that my eyelids get SOOOO DRY. So, if I don't get a drop in or can't find one, my eyes are so dry(the lids) that they wont even close all the way when I try to blink. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway from preventing this from happening or is it just one of those things that you have to use drops for?
One more thing, whenever I remove my lens, I get intense pain, like a scartaching feeling when I remove my lens. I believe it's because I am not opening my eyelid wide enough when I take it out, but since I have to flood my eye with drops prior to removing the lens, it's slippery and cant really keep it open. I can feel that the lens scratches my upper eyelid on the inside. Ugh needless to say VERY pasinful, and then my eye turns completely red and is sore for about half an hour!
Anyone experience this as well?
Any comments, advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks so much!!!!
