How true. Seeing the surgical instruments right on one's eye is plain WEIRD.

So, my eye is red and some spots on it are blue and swollen - but I expected that. I'll get rid of the hurting strings in a week - I start counting the days. I have to use antibiotics for three days and cortisone drops for 5 (!) weeks. They contain BAK, so when I'm seeing my eye doctor in Berlin next week I'll ask her for some drops without BAK.

I am wondering how post-surgery has been for Stephgurl. What do her eyes look like? How is she feeling?
