IPL for dry eye in Canada? Please Help.

Do any of you Canadian dry eye sufferers know where the heck to get IPL for dry eye in Canada or if you even can? I live outside Toronto and havent found anything online. I REALLY want to try it but the travel costs of going to the U.S. are high. if ANYONE can help me I would REALLY appreciate it!!!
