What is difference between blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and DE

What is difference between blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and Dry eye?? How do you know if you have blep or MGD? I was told I have dry eye, and put on Restasis (on day 2 of it) and just want to know if I have any other issues...my doc just did a simple test, said I don't have a lot of tears and gave me a script...5-10 min in and out.

Any help would be great
