frustrated! need help :/

since a week I've been noticing that my scleras', have become red (not blood shot red) and I feel as if there's something on the top of my eyes when I close my eyelids. my eyes burn, mostly when i go outside or in other words when i come in contact with the air outside. i'm mostly concerned bout the right eye as it is most affected. it is more red and the vision in dat eye has become a little blurred than normal. the eyes are more red in the morning and during the day only red lines are seen. i think its caused because of dust entered in the eyes.
i've never experienced this kind of burning earlier. this is the first time round. i dont have spectacles either. what could be the cause of it? and will it affect my vision? im worried n frustrated and i cant concentrate on anything. :/
i'll be going to the doctor tomorrow.
