Doxy is doxcycline (spelling?) is an antibiotic that can open glands. It sounds like it can't work but many people say it does. Give the fish oil a few weeks to see if it does anything. AMX drops are in Italy. They aren't available where you are. I got confused about what country you were in. Serum tears help the cornea so most doctors I am guessing would say it wouldn't help mgd. I would not care. Keeping corneas healthy while the eyes are is good. After enough appointments you become opinionated. You will see what works and doesn't.
