MGD and blepharitis ruled out, glands are wide open. TBUT 5 seconds in right eye, 6 in left. Right eyes feels 100000 times worse than the left. Swelling in the morning also. Evaporative dry eye is the current diagnosis. Specialist will tell me more hopefully in a few weeks. I have also been referred to a different specialist due to a mole on my eye which has never been mentioned to me before.
