This site claims that there is an ortho-k lens specifically developed for dry eye. It has a link to a page where you can "see if you would be a good candidate," but it does not allow me to access the page and instead gives me the message that this product is currently only available in the UK (maybe it can tell by my computer URL that I'm in the US, not the UK).

Does anyone in the UK want to check it out and see what the requirements are?
