    Anyone try the DURAPLUG?

    It's a Synthetic Extended Temporary Punctal/Canalicular Insert

Effective 60 - 180 days. Made of PCL, these are ideal for:

treatment of post lasik induced dry eye.
    treatment of seasonal dry eye.
    retention of ocular medication.

I'm thinking of trying it, its from Eagle Vision. Just wanted to post it out there first.

I was having DuraPlugs inserted into three punctums once a month. They are never as good as permanent plugs and I still felt my steroid drops go down into my throat whilst the DuraPlugs were inserted. But they are safe and something worth considering. I do recommend you give them a go if you are apprehensive about plugs.
