I just read a thread on here, begun in 2008, mentioning it takes only a few years to have this happen. I'm fairly certain my doc doesn't have meibomography to determine this. I worry, also, that this might be happening to my son who has dry eye issues. I stopped warm compresses a year ago as all they seemed to do was make my eyes very red.

I had Meibography done in Singapore a couple years ago. In my opinion, it is not worth trying it. You need the doctor who really knows how to interpret the result and need the best machine. Meibography was invented in Japan. You maybe need to go there to get the best result.Originally posted by tiff View PostI just read a thread on here, begun in 2008, mentioning it takes only a few years to have this happen.
