Not many do uppers, mine doesn't and really my uppers express quite easily now, it is the lowers that are stubborn. If I remember correctly deep_dry_eye your doc doesn't express afterwards...am I wrong?

I switched to a new doctor that express after IPL. However, the expression is more for diagnostic proposes (i.e., what energy levels to use for next treatment), as opposed to therapeutic purposes.
