Does anyone refrigerate their Xiidra?

Nope -- package says store at 15-30C . But if Xiidra stings a bit for you, you can refrigerate it. I don't think it should effect the efficacy of the drug.

Thank you. I thought I had seen on the discussion board somewhere that someone did refrigerate this medication. Doesn’t sting too badly, but my eye doc said that it was possible to reuse the same container to dispense two doses. I wondered if refrigerating it might help the medication to stay fresh.

Also, we do not have air conditioning in our home. In the summer, it is possible that the temperatures will exceed the maximum recommended temperature.

Honestly if you are using 2 drops per day you can squeeze that out of a container within 12 hours, nothing is going to contaminate the solution in that length of time.
