...so after healing the conjunctival epithelium (my conjunctival staining was 3/4 ..the gritty feeling was horrible!), and working hard on MGD (everything under control now), the next step for me was the redness/inflammation of the eyes (mild to moderate not severe) caused by blepharitis.
Now...i've been using Lotemax for 4 weeks
- 2 drops daily for 15 days
- 1 drop another 15 days
onestly i saw very little improvment of the redness (just a bit in the first 2 weeks) .......i'm quite sad at this point and i'm starting to think that maybe i needed a more strong dosage of the steroid?? also, why do doctors prescribe steroids if they reduce inflammation only temporarily?? ....it's ridicolous, i mean ...if one develops redness from allergies, blepharitis or whatever you can't get that away anymore??!?
