Non Fish Oil Omega 3
Can someone recommend an Omega 3 that is not fish oil? It works to help lubricate my eyes however it is causing constipation. Since I already have IBS this is not good.

Tearing eyes?
Hello, one of my main issues, is that quite often especially when I wake up. My eyes tear so much, even after I use my PF drops.
I have been to the eye doctor who says, I have dry eyes, most likely from menopause. And he said to continue using the PF drops.
Do you guys have tearing eyes?...

Cod Liver Oil

Hello Martush,
I don't take Restasis because of the side effects.
You mentioned Omega 3. Omega 3 has long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids in it. There are three different LCP's in Omega 3, alpha linolenic acid, elcosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid.
