Newly Diagnosed with Salzmann’s Nodular Degeneration

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and also newly diagnosed with Salzmann's. I’m a 45 year old woman with glasses for astigmatism and for reading/close work. My ophthalmologist found the Salzmann’s during my last routine eye exam. Its early days yet but I’m going back again next week for a checkup....

I have dry eye, but not due to corneal erosion. I have Salzmann's nodules on the edges of my corneas - both eyes. I am really hoping someone on here has had the same thing and can give me some input. It will be much appreciated!
