Hi guys, I'm looking at going over there and trying IPL next month for dry eyes, I live in Australia and haven't been there so don't really know what to expect, has anyone who's traveled over to do the same thing got any info on places to stay or anything? Over here we have backpacker hostels that are cheap to stay at. Is there anything like this in the area?

Try hostels.com. I don't know if it's got everything - and I noticed it includes cheap hotels (motel 6 etc) - but might be a place to start anyway. Also if you can't find suitable bus service between where you're staying and the dr's office, craigslist.org might be a decent place to find a used bike or other things you need while here.

I've never done it, myself, but I have a couple of friends who have done it (in a few different countries) and had good experiences.
