Sporadic "deep pain" in right eye (worst eye).

Chronic feeling (both eyes) like having had eyes open for hours in a heavily chlorinated swimming pool.

for 18 months it was just DRY;

now post steroid use, the most disabling symptom is : BURNING

One thing I should say is, the thing bother me the most is the headche dry eyes brings, it hurts my brain power a lot. Yeap, I do feel most of the sympton you guys feel about the eyes, but headache make me feel dizzy and hurt my working effiency badly. Am I the only person feel that way as I didn't see lots of people mentioned about headches......

Stinging

Stinging sensation, like being poked in the eye with something sharp.
(I tried just one word-stinging-and it said my reply was too short!)

For those of you who have significant corneal pain or other form of discomfort:

Can you please tell me in 1 word or very short phrase what your dominant pain sensation is?

If you have multiple symptoms, try to articulate the pain sensation that seems to be the most debilitating, that most interferes with your usual activities.
